| Hailed as one of the most exciting young
chamber orchestras in the country, their dynamic and
lively performances breathe new life into chamber
orchestra concerts across the country. The 1999/2000
Season is proving the orchestra’s most successful
season to date. They have enjoyed sell-out performances
of the regular series of concerts at St. Martin-in-the-Fields
and the South Bank, and in the spring/summer of 2000 will
be performing in the Purcell Room, Queen Elizabeth Hall,
giving their Barbican Hall debut and returning to St.
John's Smith Square after an absence of 6 years.
All prices
will have to be by negotiation, depending on the size of
the group and the repertoire required.

London Concertante’s
reputation continues to grow nation-wide and
internationally. Festival and Music Society performances
during this and the forthcoming season include concerts
in Newbury, Taunton, Bristol, Huddersfield, Southend-on-Sea
and Brighton. London Concertante is also in growing
demand as a top-class orchestra for choral societies and
opera companies, playing for a plethora of both
throughout the year. London Concertante have
released 4 CDs to date and have broadcast live on Classic
FM and BBC Radio, as well as having their recordings
played on both.
