WEDDING DAY PIPERS
John Broadwell - Piper - Yorkshire

Your Wedding Day piper's specialised services, can be tailor made to your own particular requirements and, if desired, can be arranged as a complete surprise to everyone taking part, even the bride and groom.

He will uplift your guests as they arrive for the ceremony, greet the bride with music on her arrival, pipe the bride down the aisle, play during the signing of the register and be the first to greet the newlyweds in traditional Scottish fashion as they emerge from the ceremony, and play as required during the taking of photographs.

The magical and uplifting sound of the pipes can then welcome the guests at the reception venue, and be "sounded on the air" during the receiving line, after which the bride and groom are piped in to the top table at the wedding breakfast.

Your piper will lend elegance and musical grace to to your special occasion, whether a civil or traditional wedding ceremony, by the means of his superbly colourful Highland outfits and an emphasis in his repertoire of traditional Scottish and Celtic airs and tunes.

Highland Piping Services, although working largely in Yorkshire and the north of England, are prepared to travel to other areas of the country and world-wide as and when required.

For that "something" extra special with a dramatic visual and musical appeal for your wedding, contact your Wedding Day Piper to discus further details.

I will travel all over the UK subject to a minimum fee of £110 and any travel costs incurred over 100 miles, in other words the first 100 miles are free then charges of £1.00 per 10 miles kick in after that. Any overnight accommodation costs would also have to be met if the engagement is not within reasonable daily travelling distance.
