Pulling Strings

Pulling Strings are a professional guitar duo who have a wide and varied repertoire. We play many different styles of jazz ranging from choice standards to mellow Latin grooves.

The duo consists of Paul Hill and Jasper Smith. Between us, we have had many years of professional playing experiences.

Solo Performances

My solo guitar performances consist of a range of styles from Jazz standards and Latin to more Flamenco and classically inspired tunes.

My repertoire is perfect for setting the atmosphere at Weddings, Restaurants, Summer Balls and any event that requires background music. Setting 'the mood' at an event is very important. A band can often be distracting at social gatherings. When I play, I try to judge volume so that I am not a distraction, but compliment the event with my music.
